What is delivery time?
We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 6 to 7 days.

The shipping time for customised orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
Where are my orders shipped from?
Your orders are shipped out from Gurgaon, India.
What are shipping charges in India ?
- For PREPAID orders, shipping is free for all over India.
How about COD orders?
- Yes, COD is available, however customers have to pay additional shipping charges as charged by courier company for handling cash, minimum charges Rs. 350, it depends on distance, weight and order value.
- We ask for minimum Rs. 1000 or 10% of the order value as prepaid security deposit for COD orders.
International orders
Can I place an international order?
- Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping is _not_ free. The cost of the courier needs to be borne by the customer on actuals.
How to make international payments?

How am I charged for customs for an international order?
- For all orders outside of India – Customs and VAT will be charged as per the laws within your country. These customs and VAT will have to be paid by you. If you are unable to pay these at the time of accepting your package, please note that the order will not be cancelled or refunded. And your package will be destroyed by the local authorities.
- You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
- raasbyekta has no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
- It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Can I exchange an international order?
If you are applicable for an exchange, then yes you can do so. For all international exchanges the cost of shipping and customs clearance for you to send back your order and the cost to receive your exchange order will have to be borne by you. If there is a manufacturing defect in the product then we take care of the shipping costs only once we have confirmed such a situation by email.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
We take utmost care to check the pieces before shipping but still, for products that are damaged when a customer receives them, we need to be notified within 48hrs for us to process a replacement.
Please note, all our pieces are handcrafted in India using traditional, artisanal techniques. Subtle variations in patterns are natural to these processes.

Exchange Policy
We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each raasbyekta piece. As a company policy we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once the raasbyekta pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at raasbyekta@gmail.com within 2-3 days of receiving your order and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the raasbyekta pieces. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please assist them.
Exchange DISCLAIMER
- If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
- Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. All customized products are non returnable and non exchangeable.
- All products bought on sale are not acceptable for exchange.
