Can I cancel my order?

• Please get in touch with us, we will try to address your concern as order cancellation can be a loss to us. Once your order is placed, it is immediately processed mostly.
• However we can offer store credit with 180 days validity if you want to change your order within 24 hours after placing the order.

 How do I return/refund my order?

All our pieces are made to order and we do not accept returns as a lot of effort and time goes into making each of these products. If you want, we can return and issue a store credit with 180 days validity. The piece must be sent back to us in unused condition with all packaging & tags intact within 7 days of delivery at below address:

How do I exchange my order?

If you are unsatisfied with your order and want to exchange it, you can apply for an exchange of your order by writing to us at raasbtekta@gmail.com

We do not have pickup facility, you need to send it back to us on below address:

We will only accept an exchange query if you write to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Also note, the following important information regarding exchange :

• If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
• Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. Customized products are non returnable and non exchangeable. 
• All products bought on sale are not acceptable for exchange.
• All international exchanges - shipping costs and custom costs for return shipment as well as cost of the pieces that will be re-shipped to you -  will have to be borne by you unless the products are damaged.
